A staff feed that’s actually a feed
Any K-12 Department group, a grade-level team, a committee or the whole faculty, can be marked staff-only, and posts to it never reach parents. Posting reuses the exact same Post pipeline families already use, reactions, comments, moderation, so it behaves like a real feed rather than a static bulletin board nobody checks. Membership is managed like any other group.
Materials Hub: one library, the right audience for each item
Handbooks, forms, and shared documents live in a nested-folder library, and every resource carries its own visibility: staff-only or group members. A staff handbook and a team’s shared files live in the same tool, correctly scoped. The same library works for any class or school group too, not only staff groups.
What it isn’t
There are no separately provisioned staff spaces and no delegated-posting role: staff-only is a setting on the Department groups you already have. That keeps one set of groups to manage instead of two.
